Order Confirmation
Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that your order has been successfully received.
After your order is placed, we check product availability and confirm that your item(s) are ready for shipment. If any item is unavailable, we will contact you via email.
Order Shipment
In-stock orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, shipping confirmation and tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
If you do not receive a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please feel free to contact us at info@graceeradesign.com.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any damage, we recommend noting it at the time of delivery.
If your item(s) arrive damaged, please email photos of the damage to info@graceeradesign.com, and we will assist you as quickly as possible.
Cancellations & Returns
You may return your order within 14 days of the delivery date.
Cancellation requests for orders that have not yet shipped will be reviewed and handled accordingly.
For orders that have already shipped, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout once the return has been approved.
